Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your SSV SmartAccount account, follow these steps:
- Open the SSV SmartAccount app on your mobile device
- Log in using your account credentials
- Navigate to the Profile section
- Select Login & Security
- Under the Devices section, tap Close Account
- A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to proceed
- Tap Close Account to confirm
Once confirmed, your session will end immediately and your SSV SmartAccount account will be permanently removed.
Account deletion is only available in the mobile app.
